About the presenter

Lisa Erickson, MS, LMHC, has been a clinician, consultant, trainer, clinical supervisor, and teacher for so long it makes her feel old.  But she makes the best of it by pursuing her interest in fostering the development of other clinicians via mentoring, clinical supervision, case consultation, and teaching.  She has extensive experience training other clinicians regionally and nationally.  She is a past president of the Seattle Counselors Association and the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association.  Before starting her private practice more than 15 years ago, she was the program director at a large publicly funded outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program.  She is interested in object relations and depth psychotherapy in her private practice.

Lisa Mayfield, MA, LMHC, GMHS, is an experienced trainer and clinician.  Her areas of expertise are professional development, geriatric mental health, and practice development.  She serves as adjunct faculty in the graduate psychology program at two local universities and teaches a licensure prep course for mental health counselors.  Lisa is a past president of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association.  She is in private practice in Seattle where she has a general practice, provides clinical supervision, and private consulting in geriatrics.
