Strategies for Dealing with Subpoenas

Judy C. Roberts, MA, LMHC

About the workshop

The content of this workshop reflects the Washington State law that affects Masters-level mental health clinicians who are faced with the question of how to respond appropriately to a subpoena requiring deposition.  It also addresses ways in which clinicians might be proactive about getting paid for legally required responses to these legal intrusions.

This workshop meets 3 of the 6 ethics and law CEUs required for re-licensure in Washington State.
